What you will get:

1. Design consultation - this can be completed online or in-person. 

2. You receive an e-mail detailing the scope of the project, hours to be spent on design, deliverables and the fee structure to name a few.

3. Once you are ready and happy with all previous steps we wills end you an invoice for estimated hours to be spent.

4. Once we receive the agreed upon full design fee, and the project scope, we start designing! Let’s get this done!

5. Sourcing of products, color, paint, swatches and designing of space(s), including floor plans and layout(s). We take the time to layout your room and include the correct dimensions of ALL the furniture, so you know exactly where everything goes.

6. A Design presentation/mood board. These visuals will give you a complete vision for your space, covering every detail. We also include a personalized Pinterest board - this is basically your shopping guide. Everything on your design board is linked on your Pinterest board (including several back up options as well!) Also, with additional suggestions from budget friendly to higher priced items all within your range.  

7. We do our best to give you a few backup options on your Pinterest board, but we will do two rounds of edits if you find a new option is necessary. 

8. Open Communication: We'll be there every step to ensure it's a collaborative and fun process for you!

Design Consultation Fee:

• Initial consultation: $350

• Design Fee: $175 per hour

• We can also add ordering at an hourly rate charged half hourly if you so choose. $87.50 per 30mins
